Mike founded Propulsion on the premise that every investment decision should be weighed from three angles at once: return, risk, and taxes. He is a CFA charterholder and licensed CPA, and holds a Master of Federal Taxation and an MBA from Florida State University, with technology and programming studies through UC Berkeley Extension and commercial real estate modeling training through Adventures in CRE. He spent roughly eight years in senior executive roles at various companies, giving him firsthand experience with the investment vehicles and structures entrepreneurs use to hold and grow wealth. His background also spans software engineering, real estate development, and financial analysis. In addition to serving as CIO and President of Propulsion Capital, Mike is currently the CFO of Urban Catalyst, a private equity real estate investment company with several funds, and he is a member of some of the LLCs that manage those funds. Propulsion is not a CPA firm. Mike applies his tax expertise to investment strategy and works alongside clients' CPAs, maintaining fiduciary responsibility to all clients.

Matt brings more than a decade of marketing experience across financial services, investment management, and real estate. Prior to Propulsion, he built and ran demand-generation and marketing-operations programs for Bay Area investment firms, managing email and content campaigns, CRM and prospective-investor databases, digital advertising, and investor webinars and events. His skill set spans HubSpot and Salesforce, paid search and social, website management, and the analytics that measure what's working, making him well suited to a firm that customizes allocations to each client's goals and risk appetite. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Morgan Bernardis is Head of Marketing at Propulsion Capital Management, where she leads the firm's brand strategy, client communications, and demand generation across its investment platform focused on Silicon Valley. Morgan brings more than seven years of marketing leadership in private equity and alternative investments. She joins Propulsion from Urban Catalyst, a Qualified Opportunity Zone private equity fund based in San Jose, where she rose over seven years from project manager to Head of Marketing and Communications. There she built and led the marketing function through every stage of its growth, spanning brand, demand generation, and investor communications for a fund focused on Bay Area multi-family and commercial real estate and positive community impact. Before her work in investment management, Morgan founded and ran Love In Thyme, a Bay Area private chef and meal-prep business she grew from three clients to more than sixty, delivering over 600 meals each week. That entrepreneurial foundation still shapes how she builds and scales marketing today. Morgan holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico.

Brittany Bramblett is an experienced finance and operations professional with a proven track record in the real estate development sector. Over the course of more than six years at Urban Catalyst, she has demonstrated a versatile skill set, advancing through progressively responsible roles from office management to complex project accounting. Brittany is a graduate of San José State University, where she specialized in Accounting.
